ORIGINAL WORK

For my original work I designed and created a functioning saddle pad to be used on horses. This saddle pad uses antimicrobial technology along with fabric combinations that wick the sweat away from a horse's back during a ride, absorbs the sweat, and filters out harmful microorganisms. The combination of these technologies produces a saddle pad that decreases the amount of fungal growth and bacterial infections that can be caused by the accumulation of sweat under normal saddle pads.
FINAL PRODUCT

For my Final Product I utilized the programming of language of perl to analyze the distance between sources of CO2 and various current pipelines in order to find the smallest distance that these pipelines could be. From there I added numerous pipelines to try and decrease this distance and was able to do so by about 50%. The goal of this project was to create a method to connect current sources of high CO2 to the current carbon capture infrastructure in order to reduce carbon emissions. This project not only meets but exceeds that goals as I was able to develop a quality product that displayed an efficient method for smarter pipeline mapping that reduced the overall pipeline distance by about fifty percent.
